CELLISTS OF OTAGO 2011 SEASON.

CELLISTS OF OTAGO 2011 SEASONThe first concert of the 2011 season will take place in the Mornington Methodist Church at 3pm, SUNDAY 20 March.
Proceeds are to be donated to relief for the Christchurch Earthquake.
The usual admission prices of $10 for adults and $5 for children and students will apply, with the proviso that anyone wishing to donate a larger sum will be most welcome to. There will be a varied programme of over an hour with Pachebel, Bach and Faure, interspersed with Glenn Miller, Thelonius Monk and Fats Waller! The cellists will again be led by University executant Heleen Du Plessis. The talented musicians of Dunedin will be on show with David Murray, Myles Chen, Thomas Scott, Corwin Newall, Kirsten Bevin and Florian Beyer.
